Located on 2 acres of land on the South side of downtown Kalamazoo, Tabitha Farm, Urban Homestead & Nursery practices permaculture as Direct Action. We have cultivated a "Food Forest", a fruit orchard, and raise egg laying chickens, goats, use the animal manure for a compost operation to feed and mend the city soil.  We use a geodesic dome green house to lovingly grow our plants.  We sell cut flowers, and regional native shrubs, trees from quality root stock, and native, medicinal and kitchen herbs and flowers that we grow from seed.
